Plushie is a kind of stuff toy that is soft and usually in chibi (super deformed, big head small body type) style/size. And example would be Spidey up there.
Pwn/pwned is a term in the Leet Speak (Geek Language) that used to depict that you've been defeated/someone won over you or something like that.
